Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been used, opened, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Items that are not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and, if possible, clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
